Desiccated Coconut (Fine Grade)

Fine-cut white desiccated coconut, sulphur-free and dried to under 3% moisture for bakery and confectionery use. Sifted to a uniform grade so it disperses evenly in doughs and fillings. Packed in sealed inner liners for freshness.
